How Does A Chalazion Drain? [Solved]
Applying warm moist compresses with gentle pressure to the affected eyelid several times daily may treat a chalazion. This process is sometimes referred to as performing “lid hygiene.” The heat of the compress can help the thick oil in a chalazion become thinner, allowing it to flow out of its gland or drain better.
